Tems x Chicago 2021

OBJECTIVE: Break rising Nigerian-artist Tems into the Midwest market.

Right after the brink of her commercial success with popular song “Essence” alongside Wizkid, Tems had grown a rising fan-base, but had yet toured the U.S. In October 2021, Afrotrak broke the now commercially successful artist Tems in the Midwest for her mini-tour. The tour date sold out in two weeks, and we became the first Black concert promoters to book Tems in a Top-3 U.S. major market. The event resulted in 500 tickets sold with a waiting list of 300 additional guests waiting to attend.
